Terms, Conditions and Regulations
The exhibitor is responsible for safety at their own stand. The following terms, conditions, and regulations from Gress Gruppen AS and Nova Spektrum (applied back-to-back) apply at all times:

The organizer is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill the agreement due to events beyond their control.
Registration is binding. Cancellation fee:

50% of the total cost if cancelled up to 45 days before the opening of the fair

100% of the total cost if cancelled later than 45 days before the opening of the fair
Terms, Conditions and Regulations

Construction and Decoration Height, Sails and Banners
The maximum construction and decoration height for stands is 2.5 meters. Upon application to Norges Varemesse via the technical consultant, permission may be granted to build walls or decorations, or to hang sails and banners at heights exceeding 2.5 meters from the floor.
The application must include:

Scaled stand drawings

Specification of building materials
-
Written approval from adjacent neighboring stands
Applications must be received by Norges Varemesse no later than 5 weeks prior to move-in.
All sails, banners and decorations must comply with the DIN 4102 B1 fire safety standard.

Fire Safety Statement
The fire department requires a written fire safety declaration from each exhibitor/stand regarding applicable fire regulations. The declaration must include the name of the event, the exhibitor’s name, and the stand number, and must be submitted to Nova Spektrum well in advance of setup.

Use of Power Saws, Sanding Machines and Similar Equipment
The use of power saws, sanding machines or similar equipment is not permitted in the exhibition halls without proper dust extraction systems.

Freight Handling and Waste Management
To ensure necessary transport access in and out of the halls, any freight obstructing passage may be removed at the exhibitor’s expense. Storage of empty packaging must be ordered through Exhibitor Services.
The organizer will remove general waste after the exhibition. Dismantling and removal of stand structures, wooden materials, disposable carpets, etc. is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Any equipment left behind will be removed at the exhibitor’s expense.
