  4. Pre-accounting and approval of payments directly into the financial system

Gress.net is delivered in collaboration with Millum AS and Horecamarket AS.

GRESS.NET Analytics

Millions of transactions are processed throughGress.net.. This provides the procurement team with valuable insights that are used in tender processes, renegotiations, and price adjustments.

Our members are granted access to GRESS.NET ANALYTICS via our portal and/or through integration with their own systems.

Product Range and Category Development

GRESS simplifies the value chain for both members and suppliers. While member needs must be met, experience shows that they do not require 60 types of hamburgers, 5 varieties of vanilla sugar, or 200 types of pasta.

For example, we meet member needs through wholesalers with approximately one-third of the previous assortment. This creates efficiency gains throughout the entire value chain.

We also facilitate the delivery of specialty and chain-specific products from the same suppliers who provide high-volume items—ensuring consistency, simplicity, and smarter logistics.

Access to Shared Resources

GRESS works closely with our members and promotes the sharing of common resources. In addition to joint tender processes, shared distribution, and access to Gress.net, we collaborate on a project basis as well as across several key strategic areas.

Examples of our collaborative efforts include:

  • Monitoring inflation and price changes

  • Compliance with the Transparency Act

  • Climate initiatives and sustainability

  • Animal welfare standards

This joint approach strengthens our collective impact, ensures regulatory alignment, and supports responsible and efficient procurement across the value chain.
