Our daily work is about one thing: delivering maximum value to our members. We make sure they have access to quality products and services on the best possible terms – with the lowest total cost, from need to payment.

1. Need identified

A need for products or services is defined in collaborations with members.

2. Evaluation

The purchasing team assesses how the need should be met—strategically or operationally.

3. Project team established

A dedicated team is formed to propose a tender process and define specifications.

4. Pre-qualification

Relevant suppliers are evaluated and invited to participate in the tender.

5. Agreement signed

Selected suppliers enter into a framework agreement with Gress Gruppen AS.

6. Onboarding

Suppliers are onboarded and granted access to GRESS.NET for product publishing and integration.
